International Crossbow-Shooting Union (IAU) and Crossbow-Shooting Federation of Russia (CSFR) invite you to become a media partner of the 20th World Crossbow Championship in “Match” and “Field” divisions, which is to be held on August 12-19, 2019 in Ulyanovsk (Russia).
The 20th World Crossbow Championship 2019 is expanding its geography and a number of athletes, promising to become record-breaking! The World Crossbow Championship in Ulyanovsk 2019 is going to assemble about 350 athletes from 35 countries all over the world, instead of 200 crossbow-shooters, being applied for the competitions earlier.
The organizers of the World Crossbow Championship have visited Ulyanovsk, the city that is hosting the main championship of the year this August. One of the main agenda items was a meeting of the Organizing Committee, where a number of important issues on the preparation and hosting of the World Crossbow Championship 2019 were discussed.
IAU is expanding its boundaries! International Crossbow Shooting Union welcomes the Federation of Latvia that has officially been recognized as a new Member Federation of IAU. Therefore, in total, IAU now comprises 28 Member Federations, 16 of which are European.
