In the invitation letter, we introduced you to all the essential details of the organization of this great competition. Please fill out this Preliminary Entry Form and submit it by July 12. We need this information to organize the competition better. You have already been informed that we managed to secure accommodation for all WCH participants in the Maistra City Vibes Hotel International, where the banquet will also occur, and in the Hostel Arena. Rest assured, both accommodations are conveniently located near the venue of the Zagreb Hippodrome. Hotels request confirmation of these reservations in the form of a 50% advance payment payable by July 26. Based on the preliminary application, our official agency, Conventa grupa, will issue a prepayment invoice for the accommodation payment in advance for 50% of your competitors and officials who will perform in Zagreb. Of course, if your final reservation will be different, you will pay only the difference to the final reservation. We trust that you understand this situation and help our organization.
