Dear President, Secretary General, sports friends, I want to provide some information about the IAU General Assembly, which will be held on September 7, 2025, at 09:00 CET (Central European Time). The meeting will be held in Sportzentrum Cumberland, 1140 Wien, Cumberlandstraße 102, and online via Zoom video call for delegates unable to attend in person. To join the GA, please provide us with the names of the delegates who will represent your Member Federation, as well as their email addresses and mobile phone numbers. You will receive the Zoom invitation link at the address you provide us. To check your microphones and video settings, the IAU Office will open a test conference the day before the General Assembly, with a different link. Please register two email addresses for the Member Federations in Field and Match shooting. If you have trouble joining the conference or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the IAU Office: We thank those IAU Member Federations who sent candidatures for IAU bodies. All documents received so far related to this event can be found on the IAU website. This page will be updated with each new document. The main points of this Assembly are 4 and 5. Point 7 is certainly significant, as it discusses the adoption of the new IAU visual identity. The IAU's visual identity is built on clarity, structure, and harmony - mirroring the essence of crossbow shooting. The new logo combines distinct shapes representing continents into a unified crossbow form, symbolising that while we are different, we come together as one, bringing together the world in global unity.
