The Croatian Shooting Federation accepted the IAU's offer to organize the European Field Crossbow Championships in 2024, thus avoiding the situation of missing this competition in 2024. The organizer of this ECH will be the Zagreb First Civil Crossbow Society. Based on the application submitted and the decision made by the IAU Executive Committee, the Field European Championships will be held in Zagreb from August 26th to September 1st, 2024, at the temporary shooting range at the Zagreb Hippodrome. The Executive Committee of the IAU has appointed Mr. Jaroslav Liptak, Vice-President of the IAU, as a Technical Delegate to Field ECH 2024.
